What Is Flat Paint?

Because flat paint absorbs light instead of reflecting it, it creates a soft, uniform finish throughout the room.
What Is Matte Paint?
Matte paint has a very slight sheen compared to flat paint. While the difference is subtle, matte finishes are generally more durable and easier to clean than traditional flat paints.
Many premium paint manufacturers now offer washable matte finishes that combine the beautiful appearance of flat paint with improved durability.
