- Repairs & patching. Cracks and damaged areas are repaired and prepared before coatings are applied.
- Epoxy base coat installation. Commercial-grade epoxy coatings are applied at proper thickness for durability.
- Decorative flake broadcast (optional). Decorative flakes can be added for texture, color variation, and improved slip resistance.
- Protective clear topcoat. A durable clear protective topcoat is applied for long-term durability and appearance.

Concrete Surface Warranty
A 2-year warranty for labor and materials is provided when coatings are applied over bare, non-painted concrete surfaces that have been properly prepared.
No warranty is provided when coatings are applied over existing painted or coated concrete unless the existing coating is mechanically ground off prior to recoating.
